After a terrible accident in the early 90's I would have lower back pain flair-ups from time to time. Over the years I saw various chiropractors to "fix" my pain. Often I noticed that they would ask a few questions and then start what seemed to be a "crack it up" session from head to toe (probably what they do on everyone). Luckily, I found Dr. Sher, he spent a large portion of the appointment asking questions, watching me walk and putting heat on my back. The adjustment was done gently and the pressure applied to exactly the spot where the pain originated. Problem solved! Seriously, I've had very little to no pain since. Not to mention my kids were with me during the appointment and he took it in stride. Thanks to Dr. Sher's actual care for MY pain (rather than the cookie cutter approach) I'm pain free.
