Anhui Xinke’s 800mm copper strip 6-hi intermediate and finishing mill is designed as a core equipment for the revamped high-precision and high-quality cooper strip lines, which is built based on adjusting its original cooper strip product mix, and upgrading product specification and quality by Xinke Material. This mill can be used to produce the various strip specification in the roughing rolling, finishing rolling till to finished products of brass, high copper, bronze and white copper. This project is engineered with annual capacity 30,000 ton, its strip thickness is ranged 0.1～2.0mm, width 400～650mm, and maximum rolling speed 600m/min. The product thickness precision is ±2μm, the mean square error of plate shape is no more than 5I, and the residual oil on strip surface is less than 100mg/m², and the surface of the product is free from dents and scratches.

Anhui Xinke is taking the leading position in China’s copper strip production technology and equipment industry, and having great influence in this regard. Before this mill, Anhui Xinke used two imported copper strip rolling mills.
